The Sandman Hotel Calgary City Centre is delighted to host the guests of CUCCOA.

The following rooms and rates are available:
Corporate Queen, (newly renovated rooms) at a rate of $139.00 per room per night.
Corporate Two Queen (newly renovated rooms) at a rate of $139.00 per room per night.
Corporate King, (newly renovated rooms) at a rate of $139.00 per room per night.

Hotel Information
Located in the heart of downtown Calgary, Sandman Hotel Calgary City Centre is the perfect place to stay whether on business or leisure.

The hotel is situated directly on the Light Rail Transit (LRT) line; Calgary’s high-speed public transit system that connects the entire city. Sandman Hotel Calgary City Centre has all the perfect amenities to help you unwind: indoor pool, whirlpool, Moxie’s Grill & Bar, and Mbar Lounge.

Parking is available (at an additional charge) in our heated underground parkade, for vehicles over 6 feet tall we have limited outdoor parking spots.

Credit Card & Photo I.D.
Please provide a piece of Photo I.D. and a valid credit card at check-in. The hotel will be taking a pre-authorization of room rate plus tax and an additional $100.00 per night. The Sandman Hotel Calgary City Centre does not accept prepaid credit cards, visa/debit, debit, or cash deposits to guarantee rooms. If the guest does not have a valid credit card, please contact us to arrange for a Credit Card Authorization Form to be completed prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Individual cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival, cancellations after this time may result in a fee.

Early Bird to July 31 - $575 plus HST
After July 31 - $675 plus HST

$775 plus HST

Register 3 or more individuals from the same institution and save $100 off the 3rd + registrations



Registration Cancellation by Participant

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund less a $50 administration fee is 10 business days before the event.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment it was received.

Substitutions for person attending can be made up to 72 hours prior to event without charge.

CUCCOA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
