 nce attracted over 140 colleagues from over 75 colleges and universities

 n\nOur CUCCOA members boast a wealth of collective experience in plannin
 g conferences and events both on and off campus – universities and col
 leges across Canada host over 250,000 meetings and events every year!  
 Our accommodation managers oversee year round guest suites and dorm room
 s for nightly rentals during the spring and summer months.  As an exhi

 nd inspiration. We have been meeting for over 40 years and are expecting
  more than 100 colleagues from all provinces to attend.  CUCCOA promote
 s universities and colleges as venues for accommodations, meetings and c
 onferences through our ConnectOnCampus brand and website. \n\n \n\nWha
 t will the Virtual Exhibit Hall look like?\n\nWe are utilizing PheedLoop
  as our virtual conference platform and are currently building the site

 \n\nYes - PheedLoop has put together some training videos that we recomm
 end you viewing before participating in our event. This will help you ma

 s ‘staff’ the booth and interact live?\n\nYour exhibit can be access
  24/7 during the event, but it should be staffed at minimum during sched
 ule exhibit hall breaks to maximize networking (times to be communicated
  to you in advance).  In addition to direct contact information, delega

 ?\n\nThis is the second time we are offering a virtual national conferen
 ce for our membership, and registration will be opening this summer. We 
 currently have a total of 180 members, and are expecting more than 100 o
 f them to attend virtually.  Last year, at our first virtual conference
 , we had over 140 members attend.\n\n \n\nCan I give away prizes or gif
 ts?\n\nYes!  Let us know if you are offering any swag (virtually, disco

 \nAccess to the virtual exhibit hall will be displayed prominently on th
 e main tool bar of the virtual conference platform.  Exhibitors are enc
 ouraged to make conference-exclusive offers and promotions available.  
 Announcements and digital promotion will remind participants to explore
