  Executive Director, Housing and Residence Life at Carleton University. 
 Laura is a third generation settler of mixed British and Dutch descent c
 urrently working and living on the Algonquin territory. In addition to h
 er 20 years in the housing industry, Laura holds a M.Ed. in Higher Educa
 tion from OISE/UT. In her spare time, Laura coaches and plays Ultimate F
 risbee, most recently coaching the women’s team at the U20 World Champ

 oped our student staff training at the Residence Desk at Carleton Univer
 sity to prepare our team for summer operations. We will delve into how w
 e have designed our training model with the Curricular Approach, and wha
 t different training strategies we use to ensure the training is as enga
 ging and educational as possible. As part of this conversation, we will 
 share ways that we empower our returning staff to be leaders during trai
 ning to showcase themselves as resources and role models. We will also d
 iscuss the importance of assessment and the role that it plays in helpin

 ce. When your customers share feedback with you, they also expect you to
  listen, act and report back to them. Since implementing a formal in-hou
 se customer feedback program in 2014, Algonquin College Campus Services 
 has received more than 100,000 survey responses. Through the lens of our
  experience and examples, learn how Algonquin College Campus Services de
 veloped and has maintained an in-house feedback program for collecting, 
 analyzing, and reporting on feedback to drive continuous improvement. \

 ay be requested by the Board of Directors. Requestors shall submit the r
 equest in writing to the CUCCOA Office within 15 days of the start of th
 e event. No refund shall be granted for cancelled or missed flights and/
