Membership and its benefits

Membership certainly has its privileges for those joined with CUCCOA. Being part of The Canadian University and College Conference Organizers Association allows you to share information, benefit from what others have learned and identify best practices that can work at your location.

Members also enjoy:

  • Local meetings as well as a national meeting each year
  • Discounts at all CUCCOA meetings, events, as well as other trade shows and conferences, including the Annual Conference
  • A listing in the CUCCOA Directory, and on our “public” site www.ConnectOnCampus.ca
  • Subscriptions to our CLIPS Newsletter and on the CUCCOA Listserve
  • The opportunity to network and increase profile within our industry, by serving on committees or at the executive level
  • Use of the CUCCOA logo on your corporate materials, which adds to your image of professionalism with clients

CUCCOA Membership

CUCCOA membership is open to Canadian colleges and universities that have a conference services operation. There are four types of membership.

Full Membership

Individuals employed by eligible institutions or business units may purchase a full membership. Dues are only $475 per year, for the period from January 1st – December 31st.

Supplemental Membership

Available to Full Members in good standing. Eligibility is open exclusively to employees of said educational institution or business unit. Dues are just $100 annually, covering January 1st to December 31st.

Affiliate Membership

An affiliate membership is available to sister associations or organizations (on a reciprocal basis) as deemed suitable by CUCCOA’s Executive Committee.

Honourary Membership

The Executive Committee may choose to bestow honourary membership to an individual whose past contribution has significantly enhanced the development, profile, and activities of CUCCOA.
