Social Package - $650

Sponsors have the opportunity to purchase access to the Monday and Tuesday evening special events and the conference educational sessions on Monday afternoon and Tuesday for $650 when combined with a sponsorship package. Please note that session attendance may be subject to restrictions, such as for the AGM, roundtables, or sponsored hospitality suites.

Sponsor Meal Add-On $300

An additional meal package can be purchased for $300 per person, which includes breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon breaks on both Monday and Tuesday.

• By registering as a sponsor for the CUCCOA 2025 Conference, you agree to pay CUCCOA for the fees corresponding to the category of sponsorship selected. NOTE: Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
• CUCCOA reserves the right to decline sponsorship.
• CUCCOA will not strictly limit the available number of each Sponsorship tier. In the event of multiple interested sponsors at a specific tier, CUCCOA will work with each sponsor to ensure the value and benefits are mutually agreed upon for all interested parties.
• CUCCOA reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations governing sponsorship at its discretion.
