The Canadian University and College Conference Organizers Association (CUCCOA) is seeking your support and offering you an opportunity to showcase your company’s product and services at our upcoming in person Conference, “Hindsight's 2020”, on October 2 – 4, 2022 in Fredericton NB.

The CUCCOA National Conference brings our conference organizers and accommodation managers together for professional development, education, networking, support, and inspiration. We have been meeting for over 40 years.  Last year’s virtual conference attracted over 140 colleagues from over 75 colleges and universities across Canada.

Over this three-day event, we offer networking opportunities for accommodation, campus conference event, and hospitality professionals to come together with industry leaders and suppliers.

Our CUCCOA members boast a wealth of collective experience in planning conferences and events both on and off campus – universities and colleges across Canada host over 250,000 meetings and events every year!  Our accommodation managers oversee year round guest suites and dorm rooms for nightly rentals during the spring and summer months.  As an exhibitor, you will be able to connect with our members in the virtual exhibit hall throughout the event.

Your support will provide your company the opportunity to build relationships and create new business opportunities by:

• Showcasing your product and services to the first point of contact on campus for events and overnight accommodations
• Networking with leaders in the meeting and event industry
• Connecting with key decision makers

We offer several excellent sponsorship package options, detailed in the enclosed information sheet, designed to suit your company’s unique needs. SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

All levels of sponsorship packages include premiums of:

• Logo with sponsor level recognition on website and link to sponsor’s website
• Promotional post on CUCCOA social media platforms with link to sponsor’s website
• Delegate list (in accordance with PIPEDA Privacy Legislation)
• Listing on "Overall Sponsor" signage boards
• Information in conference program
• Display area (8x8) during AM and PM refreshment breaks

PLATINUM SPONSOR: $5,000 (1 available)

This exclusive level of sponsorship gives your company full exposure and marketing promotional materials to our delegates.

This package includes:
- Sponsorship of Closing Gala
- Social Event Registration for two (2) people
- Opportunity to speak at the Gala (15 minutes)
- 1 complimentary standard guest room for 1 night at host hotel
- Opportunity to add ‘swag’ item to delegate bag (75)

GOLD SPONSOR: $4,000 (2 available)

Gold level sponsorship offers your company maximum exposure in all publications, and additional benefits. This tier gives your company full interaction with delegate.

This package includes:
- Sponsorship of Opening Reception with signage at the event
- Social Event Registration for one (1) person - see below
- Opportunity to speak at sponsored event (15 minutes)

SILVER SPONSOR: $3,000 (2 available)

Silver level sponsorship offers your company exposure and networking at our evening Hospitality Suites.

This package includes:
- Sponsorship of Hospitality Suite one (1) night
- Social Event Registration for one (1) person - see below
- Sponsor attendance at conference social activities for one (1) person
- Opportunity to add ‘swag’ item to delegate bag (75) 

BRONZE SPONSOR: $2,000 (4 available)

The bronze level secures you an invitation to a breakfast or lunch, enabling you to socialize and network with delegates.

This package includes:
- Sponsorship of either a breakfast or lunch with signage at sponsored event
- Opportunity to speak at the meal (5 minutes)

Associate Sponsor: $1500 (3 available)

This package includes:
- Choice of sponsoring a refreshment break
- Signage at sponsored event

Social Events: $400 (*add-on)

This package includes:
- Participation for one (1) representative at dinners on Monday and Tuesday
- Participation for one (1) representative at Breakfast on Monday & Tuesday
- Participation for one (1) representative for Lunch on Monday & Tuesday

*Can only be purchased in combination with a sponsorship package
