Accommodation Booking Information 

• Group booking page will go LIVE on December 1, 2023 until January 24, 2024

• Guests will need to create an account first and log-in before booking.
• Guests will click "book your room" then select "group booking with code" from the drop-down, then enter the code CUCCOA24 to proceed to book the rooms under your group. 
• NOTE: The calendars on the room selection page are default to show the entire four nights of January 31 - February 4, 2024 so folks will need to adjust their dates of stay using the calendar icons on this page to their preference.

Transportation from YVR:

SFU’s Burnaby Campus is approximately 45 minutes by car from The Vancouver International Airport (YVR). An Uber cost is around $50.00 depending on the time of day to and from the airport. If members prefer to take public transit the one-way trip would be about 1 and a half hours and they are able to plan their trip using the Translink website .
