During that CUCCOA Spring Board Meting, one of the things we discussed is the CLIPS newsletter. Based on the results of a survey that you answered back in August 2020, 50% of you were satisfied with CLIPS while 43% did not read it.

As we would like this newsletter to be a tool that you use, we decided to change it a little and make it more concise for you. We realize that it was very long and at times quite repetitive between the different articles.

Each board member will provide a higher level update and we hope to send the newsletter out 4 times rather than twice a year with more timely information. Please let us know if you like the new format or how it can be improved as we thrive to serve our members as best we can
